A three-day, two-night trial enrolment for those considering enrolment or transfer to Jinseki International School.

Eligibility
  • Only for children who are considering enrolment or transfer to Jinseki International School.
  • Children with special needs or those who are not eating, defecating, or sleeping independently may not be allowed to participate.
  • Masks will not be worn. Guidelines on infection control measures will be sent to those who have confirmed their participation.
  • For infection control purposes, we ask for a negative antigen test results before coming to school, we hope you will understand that JINIS is a boarding primary school and we take every precaution to ensure that this is the case.
Itinerary
  • First day Check-in: 11.30 am.
  • Final day Check-out: 10.00 am.
  • If desired, interviews and entrance examinations can be held after check-out on the last day. *An additional examination fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policies

The participation fee will not be refunded under any circumstances if the applicant cancels the event after payment has been made.
If the event is canceled by JINIS, the participation fee will be refunded in full.

Disclaimer

  • I (the applicant or the parent or guardian of the child participating in the trial admission) and the participant (the child participating in the trial admission)) (Hereafter, I and the participants will be referred to simply as "participants") must read, understand, and agree to this disclaimer and consent form before applying to participate in the Jinseki International School Trial Admission)(hereafter referred to as experiential matriculation ').

  • Upon acceptance of an application for the trial admission, as a condition of participation, the participant waives any and all claims, demands, or lawsuits against the staff of Jinseki International School, teachers, or any other person or institution involved in the trial admission that may arise from the participant's participation in the trial admission and disclaims all liability (including negligence).

  • Participants agree to follow the content and schedule of the programme and to follow instructions if they change.

  • The Participant waives any claim, demand, or lawsuit and disclaims all liability (including negligence) if, after acceptance of the application, the trial admission is canceled due to an outbreak of an infectious disease or for any other reason.

  • Participants agree that in the event that they are unable to contact them in an emergency, the staff of Jinseki International School will contact them directly on this form. If we are unable to contact all the registered staff in case of emergency, we will entrust the staff of Jinseki International School with emergency measures.

  • Participants agree not to file a lawsuit in the trial admission of any damage or injury, understanding that the staff and teachers of Jinseki International School will act diligently to ensure the safety of participants during the trial admission period.

  • Participants agree to be contacted promptly in the trial admission of an emergency, etc., and to bear the full cost of emergency response.

  • I understand and agree with all the rules regarding participation in the trial admission.
